This piece is my design. The piece is 17 inches tall by 10 inches wide. It is comprised of 17,113 segments. The piece is made from 10 different types of wood. The top and bottom rings are wenge. The top and bottom body sections are peruvian walnut. The leaves section is comprised of eight types of wood: maple, domestic walnut, yellowheart, padauk, purpleheart, jatoba, cherry, bloodwood and chatke viga.
